Ryan T. Bibbs Jr. is a basketball executive, media strategist, and community leader with over a decade of experience in the business of basketball. A respected figure in Delaware and the surrounding region, he has built his career around youth development, college recruitment, and creating meaningful pathways for student-athletes.

 

As founder and director of the Luv1ne Classic, Ryan has established one of Delaware’s premier high school basketball showcases, providing a proven recruiting platform that has led to multiple college opportunities. His work spans grassroots development through elite competition, including youth clinics, camps, and the co-founding of the Hidden Gems League, focused on early exposure and player growth.

 

Ryan has also played a pivotal role in athlete representation and media strategy, serving as the longtime media manager for Robert Wright III and currently as Head of Marketing & Media for WER1 Basketball. His influence extends behind the camera as well, where he has mentored and developed many of Delaware’s emerging sports photographers and videographers.
